I'm very exited to offer you this brand new
Yoga . Nature . Retreat
which is led by my yogini-friend Daphne Koken and me.
We are both experienced Prana Vinyasa yoga teachers, body workers and nature lovers.
This week invites you to step out of the requests, challenges and the stress of your daily live and let yourself fall into the healing power of nature. Your own inner nature as well as the calm & juicy surroundings of Zuid Limburg. During this week around the summer solstice on 21st of june we will dive into a powerful vinyasa yoga practice, cleansing breathwork, centering mediation. There will be a lot of time to experience the replenishing and vitalizing effect this practice has on our deep, cellular level. You will be able to enjoy the nourishing, grounding, soothing and healing effect of nature. We also want to support your personal practice with special movement circles.
You will have the possibility to enjoy Thai-Massage-Treatments from Elisabeth.
Of course we will have an empowering summer solstice ritual, YAY !
After this week together you will feel centred & nourished. You will have deepened your connection with both your true inner nature and Mother Nature itself. You will be inspired to commit to these relationships and stay connected with yourself, your own practice and your inner & physical alignment.

Travel information:
- by car (~ 660 kms from Vorarlberg, we will have a carpool!)
- by train to Gulpen,
- airplane to Aachen (D) or Maastricht (NL)
- We can help you organize Airport/Trainstation transfer.
